Exchanges/returns/cancellations

You must contact us by email within 7 days from the receipt of the parcel to
info@vida-japan.com. VIDA will not accept any claims after this period. Send the items and the return form to:

Return policy

Procedures for returned items must be followed strictly. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to you automatically. The items must be sent at your expense by certified mail. VIDA does not take any responsibility for mislaid return parcels. The items must be sent in saleable condition in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
VIDA does not accept washed or soiled items. VIDA does not accept returns for Tights, Dance Belts, Underwear, accessories and Discounted Items.
Please note that VIDA will not accept returned items which do not comply with the above specification. VIDA makes every endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, it may take up to 1 week.
Refund will be remitted to your bank account for the full value of the item (s) you have returned to us.
